Delivery Time
Same-Day Delivery: This service is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM within Nairobi. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.
Next-Day Delivery: For areas outside Nairobi, orders will typically arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on the destination.
Bulk Orders: Corporate or bulk purchases may require additional processing time, with delivery timelines provided upon order confirmation.

Free Pickup Option
Customers can opt for free in-store pickup from our Nairobi location (Leomar Court,45 Westland’s Road). Select this option at checkout, and your order will be ready for collection within business hours.
Order Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Fragile or high-value items are given extra care during preparation and transport.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery Conditions
Recipient Availability: Ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the order. Redelivery fees may apply if no one is available.
Missed Deliveries: In cases of incorrect address or lack of recipient availability, redelivery may incur additional charges.
